Thank you so much for stopping by! Here, I strive to educate, promote hope, and develop change for cultures seeking to become trauma-informed. 

Amy has nearly a decade of experience shifting organizational cultures to better serve vulnerable populations. She strives to educate and guide institutions through crisis moments to help them become places of hope for those impacted by abuse. Amy has extensive experience in high-profile child abuse and adult sexual misconduct investigations, including work in Title IX. Other areas of training and experience include: trauma-informed investigations and interviews, trauma-informed ministry, bias, clergy misconduct, spiritual abuse, and church culture. Amy is passionate about helping organizations and individuals become better equipped to serve survivors of abuse. Amy is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.

During the past decade, Amy has led a number of high profile investigations, conducted policy audits, and provided training and education for a range of institutions including universities, churches, mission boards, and other faith-based organizations.
